Jerry McNamara, owner of Great Big Bulbs, is a native Washingtonian, a graduate of Gonzaga College High School, a member of the Takoma Horticultural Club, and is a former President of the Men's Garden Club of Montgomery County (Maryland). Jerry resides in Silver Spring, in the Woodmoor community where he has lived since 1986. Jerry started this business in 2003 after having been associated with his Supplier in Holland for nearly 10 years. The goal of Great Big Bulbs is to bring quality bulbs to Washington area gardeners at fair prices, and for local customers, eliminate shipping charges.
